Yes! Each party includes 30 minutes before your start time for set up. A staff member will also be available to help if needed.

Of course! Our party room is designed to be a blank slate, so you can fully customize it for your celebration. We have plenty of pre-hung hooks to make decorating quick and easy, and we also keep a variety of supplies on hand to help bring your decorating vision to life.

No, we do not supply any tablecloths or paper products.

Anyone entering the playroom must wear socks. Bare feet and shoes aren’t allowed. Guests who plan to stay in the snack bar area or party room may keep their shoes on.

For kids, grip socks are strongly recommended. If someone forgets socks, no worries, we have socks available for purchase!

Nope! We take care of all playroom and party room cleanup. You simply pack up anything you’re taking home and we’ll handle the rest.

Any guest bringing a child (ages 0–18) must complete the liability waiver.

You’ll receive the waiver link during booking so you can easily include it with your invitations.

Deposits are non-refundable, including cancellations due to illness or weather.

However, parties can be rescheduled within one year, and your deposit will be applied to the new date. No additional cancellation fee is charged.
